Teenswork has always been devoted to mentoring students in an entrepreneurial way through real-world experiences.
Over the years we have witnessed how much of an impact Teenswork has made on students' lives. This is what has inspired the young entrepreneurs' program.
Teenswork Young Entrepreneurs is a program dedicated to the growth and development of youth across the nation.
As students reach the end of our program, they are given the opportunity to present and pitch their business ideas. Teenswork will assist them with the development of their business plan. Once proving feasibility, they will receive a grant to start their company. Teenswork will always remain a source of support through every step of their business growth, always continuing to offer guidance.
The year was 1991. The Gulf War ended, Super Nintendo was released, the very first-ever website was created, the delightful Robin Williams introduced the world to a grown Peter Pan in the unforgettable Hook, Nirvana released Smells Like Teen Spirit-what an incredible year it was to be alive. The 90’s were just beginning to take shape. But what was another first that year? It was August 24th, 1991. After 9 months of nurturing and preparation the big day had finally arrived.
Teenswork was born!!! On a bright warm summer day, when it happened.... the very first box of Teenswork chocolate were sold. Sealing the fate of two men with one common goal: To make the world a better place, one box of chocolate at a time.
Teenswork started as a sales company aimed at helping youth. As years passed the dream evolved, our youth program took on thousands of students. We reinvented ourselves to adapt the needs and growth of our youth. Today we are extremely proud to have 5 different Teenswork divisions striving toward one single goal. To create positive change for students throughout our communities.
Young Entrepreneurs' main goal is to provide promising futures for our youth, through business and self-employment programs, equipping our students with a strong foundation to succeed.
Do you have a Strong background in business? Or extensive business education? Do you enjoy helping others? The Teenswork Young entrepreneurs program helps youth cultivate their business ideas. They will work with a mentor receiving guidance and advice while developing their business plan with Teenswork. Ultimately turning their idea into reality.

The Teenswork Young Entrepreneur program is a great place to start if you're driven to become your own boss. You’ll be pared up with a mentor in a similar field with years of expertise to help cultivate and refine your idea. You will work directly with a teenswork business consultant to help you turn your idea into a business plan. Once your idea proves feasible you may even qualify for a Teenswork grant to start your company!
